OHI of Virginia, Inc. doing business as OHI Design was co-founded in 2002 as a Virginia Corporation by Ray Gabler, Paul Seal and Rod Bell. Their focus on customer service, passion for design and organization skills developed over the years has provided a balanced approach and a strong foundation for their home remodeling business model. Realizing the need for an experienced production expert, Les Nicholson joined the OHI ownership group in 2003 to complete the management team. Our company has grown over the years allowing us to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Today seventy percent of all sales are generated by previous customers and referrals.

From your initial interaction with our office staff, through the design process and finally the construction side of your project to completion, the OHI Design team stands willing, ready and able to assist your needs and wants in anyway. From our expert in house designers to our craftsmen in the field, each person is a highly trained and experienced professional. Each project is coordinated by our seasoned on site project manager. We have also carefully chosen relationships with our suppliers and manufactures that must provide products and services that meet and maintain the highest quality standards and who understand the message of always doing what’s best for the customer.
