As a Design/Build remodeler, our desire is to make your kitchen project as stress free as possible. The OHI Design team consists of expert designers, highly skilled contractors, licensed engineers and seasoned project coordinators. OHI Design has developed over the years a highly organized approach whereby we manage every aspect of your kitchen remodeling project from conception to completion.
 

Our clients who choose to remodel their kitchen are seeking a fresh approach for their kitchen’s layout, style, and to increase the value of their home. Remodeling gives you that freedom to change the configuration and design. Cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring and countertops have been enhanced by many fashion colors, styles and designs. Room expansions, adding a garden window, relocation of appliances and the additional of islands and eating areas can be a part of the remodeling process.

Typical kitchen remodels take approximately four to six weeks of construction time. We will provide you with a time estimate once the initial design is completed.

To start the process, simply call or email us. Upon receipt of your information our Office Manager will send you a confirming email providing you with your designer’s name. Our designer will personally contact you to schedule a no cost in home consultation.

During your initial visit the designer will ask you many questions about style, layout and how you plan to use your new kitchen. He or she will show you actual product samples and take all measurements to create an accurate proposal for you. Once that design is completed our designer will schedule a second meeting with you to go over all aspects of your project. At that meeting you will be presented with a computer generated floor plan, three dimensional perspectives and elevation plans. Our designs take considerable skill, time and effort and are free only if you decide to move forward with OHI. If you would like to purchase those plans, you can for an additional fee.
